Austin Cabaret Theater is excited to announce the formation of
Austin Cabaret Associates. We know you all love and support
the exciting performers we bring in from New York and other
Cabaret-rich cities, but did you know there is a wealth of local
Cabaret talent here in Austin? It's time for Austin to take
its place alongside Cabaret powerhouse cities like New York, San
Francisco, LA, and Chicago where you can take in a Cabaret show
almost every night of the week! We are the live music capital
of the world after all!
The mission of Austin Cabaret Associates is:
PROMOTE and grow this art form in Austin
PROVIDE resources and opportunities for performers
EXPAND and identify the Austin Cabaret community - performers and
supporters
CREATE and uncover performance venues for our members - sponsor
shows
COMMUNICATE and manage a consolidated calendar of Cabaret
events
EDUCATE performers and audience through master classes, workshops
and community outreach
